Welcome to the East Coast Empty Nesters Walking Group!!  I recently moved from Seattle where I was active in a Meetup group where woman (men, too) between the ages of 40-65+ meet on a weekly basis for walking, talking, fitness and social gatherings.  Art shows, concerts and other fun activities are options to explore.  You should be able to walk 3-5 miles although the pace will be easy.
